Cooking with Friends: A Private Dinner w/ Shota Nakajima (Taku, Adana) & Friends

Bid on one seat (or up to six seats) of only six available tickets for a private culinary experience with Chef Shota Nakajima (Taku, Adana), Chef Sara Hauman of Soter Vineyards in Portland, OR and Chef Byron Gomez of 7908 in Aspen, CO, who met while filming season 18 of Top Chef in Portland!

The dinner party features a multi-course menu, beverage pairings, special swag and lots of fun Chefy banter. All CDC safety protocols will be adhered to during the private dinner.

For a good cause: 100% of proceeds from this auction will fund the distribution of meals to low-income residents in the Chinatown International District (CID) prepared from restaurants in the neighborhood. Many residents in the CID struggle with food insecurity, an issue further complicated by the impacts of COVID-19. This auction and the aforementioned meal program is managed by the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda).
